Can I get a sample first? How long does it take?
Yes, samples are available. It usually takes 3–7 days depending on the complexity.
Do you have stock? Is delivery on time?
Some regular models are in stock. We strictly follow lead times.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes, mixed orders are welcome to help you reduce inventory burden.
What are your shipping methods?
We ship by air, sea, or express. FOB, CIF, DDP terms are available.
Where is your factory located? Can we visit?
We are in Minhou County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. Please make an appointment to visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes, we provide proforma and commercial invoices for customs and payment purposes.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
